Booking
- The Christmas Party Package is available from 1st November 2019 until 19th January 2020.
- All bookings must be confirmed in writing.
- The minimum party size to be booked is 4 people.
- A non-refundable £5 deposit per person is required at the time of booking. The party is to be booked at least 48 hours before party date.
- The final balance for the Christmas package and festive drinks is to paid at least 48 hours before the party.
- Table reservations may not be guaranteed for more than 30 minutes beyond the time booked.
- Christmas package food and festive drinks are required to be pre-ordered before the party date. Please notify the club of any special dietary requirements at the time of booking.
- The bingo included in the package is for all your afternoon or evening bingo. Optional extras are available.
- The drink included in the package is a 125ml glass of Prosecco.
- In the event that any pre-agreed entertainment for your booking is cancelled, the club will not be held liable.
- On the occasions where special events are running, the club may charge a premium on these dates. The club will notify you of this at the time of confirming availability.
- All alterations to bookings must be confirmed in writing.
- All attendees must be over 18 years old. Photo ID is required.
- Prices include VAT at the current rate.
- Offers are subject to availability.
- Management reserve the right to alter or withdraw any offers at any time.
- Offers are also subject to Mecca Bingo’s General Terms and Conditions.
Festive Drinks
- The festive drink deals are only available at clubs offering the Christmas Package and excludes all Mecca Bingo clubs in Scotland.
- The offers are: Cocktail Pitcher for £10; Bottle of Wine for £8; Bottle of Fizz for £15; 4 Bottles of Beers or Ciders for £10; Free soft drinks for the driver for parties over 6 people. These offers are on selected drinks and are subject to availability.
- The festive drinks must be pre-ordered and paid in full to the relevant club when making final payment of the balance for the Christmas Packages.
